Confusion reigns, in this city daily
Often the looks on the faces are hilarious
Not knowing what to do, or where to go
For the city has many traps awaiting them
Under wraps, until that very moment
So you'll get to see, the various reactions
It's then when common sense disappears
On & on they try to foolishly improvise
Nothing works, as they will surely find out
Remembering those very facts each day
Each step I'll try to take, has to be measured
I've had more of those days, lost & confused
Glazed eyes still try to focus, while the tears flow
Now let's say that the taste's very bittersweet
Something that happens, when confusion reigns
